1997 Fellows:
Joan Cooper

Former Founder and President of Biobottoms, Inc., a direct mail catalog company selling childrens clothing. Joan and her partner, Anita Dimondstein, sold the company in 1996.

Joan and Anita were roommates at the University of Pennsylvania. Joan was a teacher and Anita was a midwife. Their original idea was to be distributors of a single product, Biobottoms. They evenutally diversified into children's clothing.
