George Willman (MBA 93) is a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He assists clients in transactions involving licensing, intellectual property, development, collaboration, manufacturing, distribution, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs. George is Co-President, Chairman of the Board, and Co-Founder of the Berkeley Angel Network. He was awarded the Raymond E. Miles Alumni Service Award from Berkeley-Haas (2014) and the Richard H. Holton Teaching Fellow Award from the Berkeley-Haas Entrepreneurship Program (2010). Prior to his legal career, he worked as a telecommunications software engineer for IBM and Siemens. George holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, a B.S., Computer Systems Engineering, from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
