Kelly Ling is a proud Double Bear, graduating from the Full-Time Haas MBA program in 2015 with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation and technology. In her role as Director of Enterprise Initiatives at Change Healthcare, she is focused on cultivating Intrepreneurship within a 15,000 person organization. There, she coaches teams through customer-centric problem solving, rapid research techniques including design sprints and Lean Startup principles, and garnering stakeholder buy-in. Her diverse background ranges from New Product Development at Ghirardelli Chocolate, to public accounting at Deloitte and Touche, to being a finalist in startup and venture capital competitions while at Berkeley-Haas.
