Rahul Ravulur

Rahul Ravulur (MBA 08) was most recently the co-founder and CEO of AppOrbit.AppOrbit built one of the first cloud application platforms with astrong value proposition for accelerating application modernization,optimizing the application test lifecycle and cloud migration.Customers of AppOrbit included large enterprise customers likeEricsson, Micron and Autodesk. Prior to AppOrbit, Rahul’s experiencespans Product Management and Engineering roles at VMware and BMCSoftware. At VMware, Rahul had product management responsibilities fortheir virtualization management platform, vCenter and the Availabilitysuite of products subsequently. Previously, at BMC Software andMarimba, he led a team of engineers that built their applicationconfiguration management platform. Rahul holds a Bachelors inElectronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Masters ofElectronics and Computer Engineering from University of South Carolinaas well as an MBA (’08) from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
