Heather Natsch is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with a proven track record of success and 20+ years of deep operational and leadership experience in start-ups. She started her career in consulting at McKinsey & Company, where she formed her strategic and analytical know-how. Then, turning to entrepreneurship, she co-founded, built and sold multiple ventures: first, a search marketing firm sold in 2005; next, a fintech business in insurance sold in 2010; most recently, an e-decor platform sold in 2019. Along the way, she has invested in multiple start-ups, and she sits on various advisory boards. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
