Arthur Chiang is Senior Vice President at Hewlett-Packard. His business experience has spanned global executive positions at technology leaders like HP, IBM, and Oracle, principally in Software Product Management and Services in domains including Mobility, Infrastructure and SaaS. At the other end of spectrum, Arthur was on the executive team at Corio from start-up to IPO, to acquisition by IBM; similarly at BEA Systems, from early stage to nearly a billion dollar company. While a principal at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Chicago, Arthur consulted to global clients in a range of industries. Arthur has managed organizations and worked with customers in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. More recently, he has focused on establishing businesses in China. Arthur holds a bachelor of science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
