Fellowships & Internships



Summer internships and fellowships provide a unique opportunity for students to expand their learning outside of the classroom with new business ventures. Given the nature of startup companies, many of whom do not have adequate funds to support internships, the Lester Center manages several programs that support students interested in entrepreneurship.

These programs include:

The Lester Center’s internship programs provide paid summer internships as an opportunity for entrepreneurship students to learn the strategies of start-ups and venture capital. Internships are with new and expansion phase businesses and venture capital firms.

These programs have been made possible by the generous donations from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the Price Institute, and individual donors.
