Brooks Kincaid (MBA 11) is the Co-founder and President of Imprint Energy, a battery technology company developing printable, ultra-thin, flexible batteries for wearable electronics and the Internet of Things. Brooks oversees Imprint Energy’s marketing, business development, and finance activities, as well as general operations. Prior to founding Imprint Energy, Brooks worked as a Financial Analyst at Google focusing on sales, strategic partnerships, and new business development. He worked closely with sales and engineering teams to structure deals with global footprints worth over $2 billion. Prior to Google, Brooks worked in investment banking with Seven Hills Partners, where he focused on acquisitions and late-stage financings for venture-backed technology companies spanning medical devices, semiconductors, enterprise software, cleantech and consumer Internet. Brooks also has experience in venture capital with Elan Management (now Prelude Ventures) and in physical sciences startups with LightSail Energy, a company developing modular compressed air energy storage systems. Brooks has a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
